The University of Oxford – the oldest university in the English-speaking world – has come top in a global education ranking for the first time. Oxford dethroned the leader for the last five years, California Institute of Technology, into second place in the Times Higher Education’s global league table, which also saw Chinese universities climb rapidly, Reuters reports. A young lady, 27 year old Serena Beuford, from Boston, was left in a coma after her butt implants exploded while doing squats for an Instagram Video.       According to Doctors, Serena Beuford is in serious condition after her butt implants exploded. Beuford was working out with a friend at a gym, and after they finished, the friend attempted to record Beuford doing squats to post the video on Instagram. As Beuford was squatting, she heard a loud pop; which prompted her to immediately stop. Soon after the popping sound, Beuford fell to the floor screaming in agony from the pain. No less than 29 persons have been drowned after a boat carrying 600 African migrants to Europe capsized off the Mediterranean coast near the city of Alexandria, Egyptian authorities said on Wednesday. The authorities have not yet revealed where the boat was headed to, but they confirmed that about 150 people have been rescued, with 29 bodies retrieved so far. Egypt’s official news agency MENA said the boat had been carrying 600 people. The capsize took place off the coast of Kafr al-Sheikh, officials say. The tragedy comes as the head of the EU’s border agency recently warned that increasing numbers of Europe-bound migrants are using Egypt as a departure point. BBC gathered that the EU border agency Frontex in August said that more than 12,000 migrants arrived in Italy from Egypt between January and September, compared to 7,000 over the same period in 2015. A new disclosure has been made about crying not being a bad thing after all and that it can infact be very useful. Dr Uthman Mubashir, a Public Health Physician of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, has made a new claim about crying. The man said that emotional tears have special health benefits for people. According to Vanguard, Mubashir revealed in an interview in Ilorin on Tuesday that crying had “therapeutic emotional freedom”. “Tears are protective and they lubricate your eyes, remove irritants, reduce stress hormones, and they contain antibodies that fight pathogenic microbes,” he said. He explained that tears might decrease arousal of distress and make people feel better. According to him, reflex tears are 98 per cent water, whereas emotional tears also contain stress hormones which get excreted from the body through crying.
